I focus on producers in the St. Cloud and Minneapolis area because of my location, but I will include further away producers if their products are unique and cannot be found in the St. Cloud to Minneapolis corridor. Ames Farm
They produce single-source honey from 18 locations in Minnesota. They are out of Watertown, MN.

Collegeville Orchards
They grow over 20 varieties of applies, but also produce have pumpkins, maple syrup, squash, grapes, honey, gourds, jellies and other items.

Forest Mushrooms
They grow a wide range of mushroom varieties and have dried mushrooms too. They are out of St. Joseph, MN.

Bannockburn Farm
They are a CSA and USDA certified organic producer. They offer cut flowers, vegetables, lamb and other meats. They are out of Cold Spring, MN.

Produce Acres
They offer a wide variety of vegetable and fruits to include: asparagus, strawberries, raspberries, sweet corn, cucumbers, cabbage, onions, beans, basil, dill, pumpkins, squash, gourds, and compost. They are out of Cold Spring, MN.

Common Ground Garden
This is a CSA out of St. Joseph, MN. They offer a wide range of vegetable, herbs and also some gourds, fruit, and flowers.

Hooper’s Christmas Tree Ranch
They obviously have Christmas trees, but they also sell yak meat in various forms. They are out of Cold Spring, MN.

Collegeville Artisan Bakery
This artisan bakery makes a wide range of specialty breads and offers baking classes. They are out of St. Joseph, MN.

McDonald’s Meats
They produce a range of jerky and sausages, to include the popular wild-rice sausage. They are out of Clear Lake, MN.

Stoney Creek Dairy
They make milk and other dairy products without using hormones and they vat pasteurize it to retain some ‘life’. You can also order meats from them and they deliver their products to the St. Cloud area. The farm is out of Melrose, MN.
 
Cold Spring Brewery
This local brewery was established on a spring water source and the brewery has been producing beers for 125 years. The brewery is located in Cold Spring, MN.

Cold Spring Bakery
This local family-owned bakery provides a range of baked goods, but they are very well known for wedding cakes. The bakery is located in Cold Spring, MN.
