Automatic coffee machine has the easiest coffee preparation. The machine does not need to be cleaned after each use. The beans do not need to be ground, just put them in the machine. Fill the water reservoir, start the machine and you’re done. Some automatic coffee machines are equipped with a steam nozzle or milk system, which allows you to create many different types of coffee.
Lever coffee maker is ideal for making espresso. Ground coffee beans are inserted into the lever, pressed and the lever is inserted into the coffee machine. Then just press the button and you get a delicious drink full of flavour. The lever must be cleaned after each use. Like the automatic coffee machine, the lever can be completed with a milk reservoir.
Drip coffee machine, as indicated in the name, works by dripping hot water over the ground coffee. The coffee machine does not exert as much pressure, but the resulting drink has a great taste.
Moka teapot is used directly on the stove. Coffee is brewed in it on a low heat. Water is put into the lower part, which turns into steam and passes up through the middle part, where the ground coffee is put, which does not get through the strainer. At the top, a clear, delicious drink is produced.
Preparation in jazz is the oldest method of preparation. The finely ground coffee is put into a coffee pot and cold water is added. It is brewed on the stove. When a thick froth begins to form, it is set aside and returned to the stove after a short while. This procedure must be repeated three times. At the end of the cooking time, twist the jelly and leave it for a while.
stand for a moment to allow the sediment to sink down. It is poured into pre-warmed cups.
In french press the preparation of coffee is very simple. The coffee is just poured with water, left to infuse for a while, and finally the plunger is pressed to separate the drink from the loger. It is not recommended to leave the finished coffee in the container for too long to extract it unnecessarily.
Aeropress is the newest way of making coffee. It has 2 methods to make the drink – simpler and more complex (also reversed). The rubber part and paper filter must be washed before use.
- Simpler – the paper filter is inserted into the strainer and then onto the end of the plastic cylinder. The cylinder is placed on top of the cup. Ground coffee is poured into the cylinder and covered with water. Everything must be thoroughly mixed. A plunger is placed on the cylinder and after a moment of extraction, the plunger is depressed and the finished drink starts to flow into the cup.
- More complicated – the piston is put on the edge of the cylinder, turned and the cylinder stands on the piston. Coffee is poured into the cylinder, poured in. The filter is placed in a strainer that screws onto the top. The whole aeropress is turned over and placed on the cup. The plunger is pressed down, the coffee is extracted and in a moment the drink is ready.
We wish you a relaxing moment over a good cup of coffee.
What is the difference between espresso and drip coffee?
Espresso is a concentrated coffee beverage brewed by forcing hot water through finely ground coffee beans. The flavor of espresso is stronger and more intense than drip coffee. Drip coffee is made by pouring hot water over ground coffee beans and allowing it to steep for a few minutes before straining the liquid into a cup. Drip coffee is generally less strong and less bitter than espresso.
