- 2 tablespoons of cider or wine vinegar
Procedure
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Put the sugar in a clean container, add boiling water and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Wait until the water has cooled. Then add lemon juice, elderflower and apple cider (or wine vinegar).
- Cover the container and let the drink infuse for 24 hours.
- Strain the resulting mixture and leave for another 14 days.
- Serve the lemonade chilled, you can add ice cubes to it.
