Preparing homemade pizza dough

Not to dwell on history, we’ll now turn to making homemade pizza. The most important thing to start with is to prepare the dough. This is the most important element that affects the taste and enjoyment of the whole dish. Do not try to speed up the preparation of the dough unnecessarily, but pay attention to quality ingredients and the correct procedure. It is also true that repetition is the mother of wisdom and with each new dough you will improve until you finally master its perfect preparation. There are several ways to prepare the dough. Together we will go through 2 basic ones.

1) Dough using sourdough

The pizza may not be crispy on the baking sheet when it is finished baking, if not used, it may stick to the baking sheet. It is best to use a stone. Its surface is naturally non-stick and the pizza will be beautifully crispy.
